And tonight's quick dinner is...

Scrambled Tofu with Collards and Tumeric.

Except I used kale, onions, 16oz of tofu, cumin, frozen ginger cubes and extra tumeric.

Quick, easy, tasty and enough for leftovers for the husband's lunch tomorrow.

Sometimes I rock this housewife sh*t.
